Required Experience
With your experience in branded retail catering, (preferably in a 'fast food' or 'quick service restaurant' chain) you'll know success in this industry is all about customer service and here it is no different. You will lead by example giving the very best customer service and inspiring others to do the same. As an inspirational manager already, you'll be able to demonstrate experience of successfully motivating and leading your team to deliver financial, service and operational results, whilst having the ability to think on your feet and make decisions in one of the most fast paced environments around. Your previous experience will include having accountability for your unit's financial performance, maintaining set brand standards and developing the skills within your team. If you have previously worked for the Burger King brand (or similar co) and have a Basic Management Training certificate (BMT) or equivalent qualification, that would be highly desirable.
